Attorneys who are a part of our nationwide network must meet a set of requirements. ARAG actively recruits attorneys who are licensed to practice in their state and are in good standing with the relevant regulatory authority in the state(s) where they are licensed and practicing law. As part of the qualification process, ARAG requires all attorneys to disclose any complaints made about the attorney, as well as any claims or lawsuits for malpractice against them.
ARAG also re-credentials each attorney every year to ensure they are still meeting the requirements of the ARAG Network Agreement.
