How ARAG Case Requests Work

In 3 Easy Steps

Step 1: Receive a Case Request Email

As part of ARAG's enhanced case referral process, for certain cases we may reach out to local network attorneys like you with a case request email to gauge your interest.

Step 2: Review the Case Details

To learn more about the case: 

•          Click “View Case Details” in the email you receive

•          See the deadline for your response

•          Then, view the overall case details

From here, you could express your interest in this case by conducting a conflict check and reviewing the area of law.

Expand the case details and view the intake notes to get a better idea of what the case may entail.

Step 3: Indicate Interest in the Case

Your prompt reply of interested is the best way to be included in the attorney list for the member.

If you decide that you’re not interested, click here.

This will ensure that we do not reach out to you again regarding this case.

That helps us know the reason behind your answer so we can continue working on better matches for you.

Your response to all cases is appreciated and will not impact whether we send you future cases.

If this is a case you’re interested in accepting, click, “I’m interested.”

You’ll see this confirmation message.

Then, your name and details will be associated to the member’s case for their consideration. If the member decides to proceed, they will choose an attorney from this list and contact them.
