How are claims filed and paid?

When a member uses a network attorney, the attorney submits the claim and we pay the attorney directly. Attorneys may submit their claims online via the network attorney site, U.S. mail, email or fax.


For the small percentage of times members work with a non-network attorney, we ask that the member complete and submit an indemnity claim form to ARAG via U.S. mail, email or fax. We then reimburse the member per the terms and conditions of the plan's certificate of insurance and at the rates and maximums laid out in the same certificate of insurance.
