As the Director of Marketing at ARAG, Chris leads development and implementation of initiatives to enhance ARAG's visibility, reputation, and brand effectiveness. He directs marketing strategies across all channels and audiences to increase brand awareness, sales, member participation, and customer retention.
Prior to joining ARAG in 2016, Chris held leadership roles in marketing, digital marketing, web content development, and communications. Chris has a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations from Drake University and a master's of business administration degree from University of Phoenix. He also holds a digital marketing content strategy certification from Northwestern University.
Chris is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and serves on the AMA Iowa Advisory Council for Marketing Leaders. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Wellmark YMCA. He is an avid photographer and traveler.
