Electronic Agreement – One Time Purchase
I certify that I am authorized to enter into this agreement and am of legal age.
I hereby authorize ARAG® to charge the account I have designated for payment of the purchase of my legal services plan. I understand that my payment will be a one-time charge for the purchase amount of my legal services plan. By providing my payment information, I am requesting membership in this plan. I understand that coverage will not become effective until the date my payment is processed.
This agreement will take effect when you click the box that reads “Purchase”.
