This marks the 13th year ARAG’s Customer Care Center has earned this certification, which is measured by key performance metrics that are drawn from industry averages from around the world. Contact centers who are certified by BenchmarkPortal have met or surpassed rigorous, data-driven standards and must have also scored in the top 10% overall of contact centers surveyed.
