Des Moines, IA (December 12, 2022) – ARAG Legal Insurance, the leading legal insurer worldwide, formally announced today two changes to the ARAG USA Sales and Client Management Leadership Team.
Tim Weber, voluntary benefits industry veteran, has been hired as the new Vice President, Group Sales and Client Management. In this role, Weber will oversee ARAG’s core sales business – group sales, sales operations, client management, product development and client support services. He will report to David Murray, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Weber has extensive experience in the insurance industry. He comes to ARAG with strong leadership talents, a proven track record of delivering voluntary benefits growth and has worked as both a benefit provider and a broker.

With Weber’s arrival, Dennis Healy can apply his energy and passion to strategy and building partnerships in the newly created position of Vice President, Strategic Business Development. Healy’s new role will focus on vetting business development opportunities and securing partnerships to drive growth and diversify our business.
