Official Rules

Oura® Ring, Apple® AirTag® or fireproof document storage box: No purchase necessary to enter or win. ARAG North America, Inc. (“ARAG®”) reserves the right to modify these rules without notice. Participation in this drawing constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of the Official Rules and the decisions of ARAG, which are final and binding. ARAG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. This drawing is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.

 

  1. Eligibility: Winner must be 18 years of age or older, a resident of the United States, excluding Puerto Rico, and is only eligible to win one time per calendar year. Employees of ARAG and their family members are not eligible to win.
  2. How to Enter: All attendees that visit ARAG’s booth at select employer open enrollment benefit fairs can enter for a chance to win a prize. Attendees that are unable to visit the benefit fair booth can mail their name, email address and name of their employer to ARAG, attn: Benefit Fair Prizes, 500 Grand Avenue, Suite 100, Des Moines, IA 50309,. All entries must be received before November 1, 2024, to be eligible to be entered into the drawing. ARAG is not responsible for lost or late entries or any computer, network or software malfunctions.
  3. Frequency of Entering Drawing: One entry per person.
  4. Selection of Winner/Odds of Winning: The winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received from their employer open enrollment select benefit fairs. The first name randomly drawn is the winner of the Oura Ring. The next three names randomly drawn each win one fireproof document storage bin. The next five names randomly drawn each win one Apple AirTag. Drawing to be held November 30, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Central time. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries. ARAG claims no responsibility for results of selection.
  5. Prize: Oura Ring is valued at $350. Apple AirTag is valued at $29. Fireproof document storage bin is valued at $70. Prize redemption instructions will be emailed to the winners immediately following the drawing at the email address provided to ARAG. ARAG will not award cash to the winner in lieu of the prizes listed above. ARAG is not responsible for replacing the prize if it is lost or stolen. If winner notifies ARAG they do not want the prize, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries received.
  6. Sponsor: Drawing is sponsored by ARAG North America, Inc. This drawing is not sponsored by, affiliated with or endorsed by Oura Health or Apple. 
  7. Taxes: Prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof.
  8. Permission to Contact: By participating in this drawing, you are authorizing ARAG to contact you. ARAG respects your privacy and does not sell, rent or give away your personal information.
  9. Indemnification: By entering this drawing, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless ARAG, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, losses, injuries or damages arising out of use or misuse of a Prize.
