Hi my name is Andy, and I have the ARAG legal plan.
And my wife and I made the decision to go ahead and get the coverage for the legal plan and we’ve already used it to help set up our will. We got set up with a lawyer in town and he’s gone through and made sure that everything is crossed off that we need to worry about in the future if anything ever happens to my wife and I and it is really a security to know that we have that there, you know, if God forbid any legal action comes against us or something like that, we know it’s there to help us out. We don’t have to pay a ton of lawyer fees just to get anything done. It’s nice to know it’s there.
I have no idea as far as like the intricacies of legal actions. You hear everyday that there’s a new lawsuit happening to even corporations but even some personal people as well. And knowing how much lawyers cost and court fees and everything that goes into it. It’s something I don’t want to deal with.
I wouldn’t go driving without car insurance, I wouldn’t go rock climbing without life insurance, I wouldn’t do anything without having some kind of insurance to help provide for my family afterwards or help me out if I go to the hospital. It’s the same deal. If any legal action were to come against me, I don’t want to be stuck with the huge debilitating financial setback of having to deal with lawyer fees….not knowing where to go , who’s a good lawyer….I trust the ARAG system to know who’s a good attorney and who specializes in whatever is happening to me at the time.
